Reiki literally means, Rei - Means Universal , Spiritual, Cosmic.
Ki - Energy. Thus Reiki is a type of universl healing by natural way. It is believed that Jesus hrist used Reiki to heal the patients coming to him.

There is no adverse effect of this type of healing, and this art is not as easy as it appears. It has 4 steps.
