2009 has earned a mark for Indian film industry with three Indians winning oscars.

1. A.R Rahman-(best original score).

2. Gulzar and A.R Rahman(best original  song).
3. Resul Pookutty-(best sound mixing).

Jai Ho swept the Oscars, pride for India

 Yes, It was definitely a very good start to 2009 for bollywood. The movie was good, I liked it if you ask me. Frankly speaking I did not fine something so amazing in the 'Jai Ho' song. Must be because we are used to hearing such songs. Did you guys think the song was that special? I would like to hear your views on it too.

Yaa..i too agree with you. "Jai Ho" cannot be called master piece of Rahman!its a nice song, but them comparing to his other awesome songs, its nothing.Wel, then, for people outside India, who have'n't heard much songs composed by him, JAI HO is superb! i was wondering, if they hear his materpiece songs, i guess, the golden statue will run out of stock :)
