hi, i was planning to visit kerala in june beginning but now have had to postpone my plans to june end. my worry is that if it's going to be peak monsoons there at this time, will it not be a good time to go? i dont mind the rain, in fact i love it, so i don't mind getting wet..but i dont want to land in a situation where roads are blocked due to heavy rains or its raining all through the week or something..so does it rain constantly in kerala through a day? does kerala suffer from road blocks also due to the monsoon? please revert soon.

If it is Kerela, any time is good to visit.
You will have a good time there on the God's own country.
The monsoon in fact adds feather to the cap.
Enjoy your trip.

"Hi,

See if you are visiting the backwater cruise in Mid February, then that's the perfect time to do so. The climate here is generally humid and relatively more pleasant in the winter months. The best time to visit Kerala would be August-September and February-March. In August-September you can witness the Nehru Trophy Boat Race, in which hundreds of men row a long snake-boat, and many such boats race down the Punnamada Kayal to win. While the months of April and May are considered best to visit the cultural town of Haripad, famous for the Sree Nagaraja Temple, Mannarasala, and attend the Haripad Temple Festival which puts up a fascinating display of the rich culture and heritage of Kerala. For more information on this you can either visit yatra.com or you can search in Wikipedia.com.

I Hope this information will help you in a much better way.
