How to reduce allergy caused due to dust?

Please tell me the remedies for for dust allergy. Is there any medicine for that? Is is curable or will it be for lifetime? I am having dust allergy from past 6-7 years, now its becoming extreme so please suggest if any medicine.

I have not yet found a medicine for that, Basically in my case the bed that I sleep was old and actually bed contains a lot of dust(Which are actually dead skin cells). What I did was bought some plastic/vinyl sheet and covered the upper part of the bed. It actually reduced my allergy. As you see its only a method of prevention!

I have heard that homeopathy gives some relief from dust allergy, so wanted to know if anyone here had gone for homeopathy medicine? . And ya bed dust is also a great contributor for dust. I wanted to know if there is in particular medicine for dust allergy.
