how to do bleach and facial with products availbale in nature ?

i heared that bleach and facial in beauty parlour with chemicals will effects the softness and beauty of skin.can anybody suggest me some methods with natural products ?

Have 2-3 limes.Make it a mix with the help of a mixer without peeling.Add some wheat powder along with.Add 5=6 spoons of heated milk.Mix it to form a paste kind of structure.Apply it to the face for 7 days.You will be able to see the difference.
