The common Indian tea Cup measures two hundred mili litres of liquid. Can you tell how much liquid can the american tea cup measure?

American cup is volume not weight. So a cup of flour is lighter than a cup of sugar. I haven't got my chart up here at the moment and I'm sure there is a site with equivalents on.
