how does data card work ? What is the technology behind data card ? When was that discovered ? Who was behind its invention ?

Card published by a list owner that provides information needed by list users and list brokers about a list available for rental. The card includes, for example, a profile of the individuals on the list, the source of the names, the quantity, and the price based on the selection criteria used and the format of the output (labels or magnetic tape). New data cards can be published as often as the list is updated so that list quantities can be kept current
