If you wanna put an actual full length movie on it, then (if you haven't already got the movie file already) one way you could do it is rip it off YouTube/RealPlayer/wherever you're watching it, using a free ripper software (google it), then convert the file into 3gp/file format suitable for your phone, using a free 3gp converter software (google it).
